Who we are
Emerson Growth is Emerson Growth Partners Ltd, company number 17106415, registered at 21 Wratten Road West, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, UK. For anything about your data, email ben@emersongrowth.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form we collect your email address, whether you are a retailer, brand owner or investor, your turnover band, the boxes you tick, and anything you write in the open question. That's all. This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before any contract.
Who sees it
Only Emerson Growth. We never sell or share your details for marketing. Three suppliers handle the data on our behalf: Resend (sends the form emails), Vercel (hosts the site) and Google (our email inbox). Some of these are based in the United States, and they process data under recognised legal safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries arrive as emails and aren't stored in a database on this site. We keep enquiry emails for up to 36 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email ben@emersongrowth.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
